Wyld Energy Forecast – 02/08/2021
This week we continue to have a Stellium in Aquarius, which means a lot of Celestial activity is still ongoing! On the 10th – 12th, The Moon joins the stellium, bringing a new Moon in Aquarius on the 11th. And of course we still smack in the middle of a Mercury Retrograde, so choose your words carefully! For Valentines day, the moon which rules our emotions, will be in pisces which is perfect for romantic outings. However, remember we are still on the retrograde and still in the Stellium, which means lots of possibilities for quick tempers, confusion and misinformation
This week I am using the The Stolen Child by Monica L. Knighton. This is such a whimsical deck filled with powerful imagery! I would encourage you to purchase directly from the Author here. I am going to be looking at her other works as well – she has one other decks that look beautiful! Let’s get started!
First House – Obstacles to be aware of and don’t let them rule you

“The Child in this card is firmly planted between the towering birds, with hands over the heart (the seat of want and desire) and stomach (the seat of physical needs) of either animal as though dividing and considering the source of their passions. — Monica L. Knighton”
This card speaks to balance. The reversal speaks to the dangers this week, with all of the crazy energy around us, of falling victim to energy imbalance. This also ties us back to the reading we did on the week of January 25th (the week before our Stellium), which also spoke to the dangers of imbalance. With so much energy floating around us in the cosmos, we really need to be careful and take care of ourselves. Self-care and elemental Balance really do help with keeping us grounded and focused. Having a good grounding practice to release excess energy or to pull in energy from the earth when we feel depleted is also an excellent way to keep ourselves in balance!
Second House – Opportunities you may not want to overlook
8 of Zephyrs
“Despite being surrounded by carnivorous plants, and perceiving a hostile environment, the child is in no real danger. They may open their eyes and walk forward towards the plume of safety. Self-limiting thoughts, Black/White Thinking, Overthinking vs. Intuition, Overturning the Negative Inner Voice — Monica L. Knighton”
This card spoke to focus for me. Sometimes we get pulled away because something may “look” important, terrifying or urgent, but we need to stop, take time and decide whether it is in need or even worthy of our time. How much of our time and focus is stolen when we get distracted by unimportant things? Change things up this week and watch your productivity soar!
