We often gather around on the floor, but if sitting there poses a challenge, we have chairs available to accommodate you! Here are some suggestions for this workshop:
- Consider bringing a floor chair or a comfortable seat if you have one. Feel free to include pillows, blankets, or any items contributing to your comfort. For those who may benefit, we provide yoga mats and small floor chairs with backs.
- Bring your favorite drink along to nourish yourself. Many participants bring refreshing, non-alcoholic beverages or a water bottle to stay hydrated during the workshop. Complimentary coffee and tea will also be available.
- Please note that phones will need to be off or turned down during the workshop to ensure the best experience for everyone.
- You can bring an eye covering for meditation if you choose.
