What are the Chakras?
Chakras are essential parts of our body that hold our thoughts, emotions, and experiences and connect all of our energetic bodies. They are like energy centers that affect how we feel and experience life. When our chakras are out of balance, it can affect our health and well-being. Balancing our chakras can improve our physical and emotional health and make us feel better overall.
What can cause a Chakra Blockage?
Numerous factors can throw a chakra out of alignment. Here are some signs of a chakra blockage:
- Inability to process and release emotions
- Physical injuries and symptoms
- Muscle tension
- Chronic health conditions
- Relationship difficulties
- Difficulty manifesting basic survival needs
- Lack of connection with others, our spirit and intuition
- Emotional sensitivity
- Taking on others’ energies
What can Chakra Balancing do for you?
Balancing your chakras can release energy that may be trapped in your energy body. After a chakra balancing, some people can experience one or more of the following:
