What is a Full Moon Ceremony?

A full moon happens every 29.5 days. This is the time of the month when the moon has reached its full potential and is completely illuminated by the light of the Sun. This can be a time to give gratitude, release, recharge, honor, protect, and bring this energy of fullness into our lives.

How can this help me?

This month, we are working with the Full Moon in Leo. This sign brings such vitality, joy, and stamina into our lives! During this ceremony, we will release stagnant energy and old thinking patterns and recharge our bodies, mind, and spirit with Sun energy, which is so interconnected with Leo. This means that if you have been experiencing any of the following, this ceremony can be helpful:

• Low energy, including exhaustion and tiredness
• Feeling depleted and depressed
• Feeling stuck in behavior patterns or thoughts you can’t release
• Low self-esteem and self-confidence
• Feeling “stuck” in life
• Needing a little pick-me-up

What can you expect?

During this ceremony, we will work on releasing those things that no longer serve us, blockages that keep us from moving forward, and connecting with elemental fire to replenish ourselves. Some of the benefits you may experience are:
