We’re so excited to kick off our Seasonal quarterly workshops, where we’ll dive into the magic of three amazing Goddesses each season! No matter if you’re starting or have been on this journey for a while, we can’t wait for you to join us in this delightful Goddess exploration!
This month, we’re featuring some wonderful Winter Goddesses: Cailleach, Demeter, and Elen of the Ways.
What you will learn in this Workshop?
Welcome to our Winter Season class! Together, we’ll dive into the enchanting stories of The Cailleach, Demeter, and Elen of the Ways. Here’s what we’ll be discovering:
- What are their fascinating myths?
- Where do their roots lie?
- How did they transition from matriarchal times to patriarchal times?
- As Archetypes, how can we connect with them on our seasonal journey?
- Tips for creating beautiful altars to honor each Goddess, along with their associated elements, colors, moon phases, tools, herbs, crystals, and magical intentions.
- We’ll embark on a journey into the spirit realm, guided by the soothing rhythm of a drum, where you’ll meet your chosen Goddess, or perhaps discover which one has chosen you!

This class is perfect for you if you’re curious about Goddesses and want to explore how they can enhance your everyday or spiritual journey. Every spiritual path is filled with divine beings, each bringing beautiful myths and stories that help us understand life on our planet.
If you haven’t journeyed before, this is a fantastic chance to discover the magic that comes with it. Goddess archetypes can be incredibly empowering as we realize how their traits and strengths resonate with our own lives.

What to bring to Class?
We can’t wait to see your beautiful smile in class! Here are a few things you might want to bring along to make the experience even more enjoyable:
- Feel free to bring a pen and paper if you’d like to jot down notes. We’ll provide a handy outline and resources to guide you as you connect with each Goddess.
- If you have a floor chair or a cozy seat, bring it along! We’ll be sitting on the floor, so pillows, blankets, and any items that enhance your comfort are always welcome. For your convenience, we’re happy to provide yoga mats and small floor chairs with backs! If you need a chair, we’ve got you!
- Don’t forget to bring your favorite drink to keep yourself nourished! Many participants enjoy refreshing non-alcoholic beverages or water to stay hydrated, and we’ll also have complimentary coffee and tea.
Who is your Teacher?
Angelique McGowan will be your insightful and knowledgeable guide during these truly fantastic and transformative experiences. With an impressive 20+ years of diverse experience working with a multitude of Goddesses across various traditions, she brings a wealth of wisdom to each encounter! Having explored and dabbled in many spiritual paths throughout her journey, Angelique proudly identifies as a Witch. However, it is her eclectic and expansive expertise that truly sets her apart and makes her an exceptional Author, skilled Witch, and compassionate Healer!
